Pine Island Pest Control - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Pine Island Pest Control Company. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services

Pine Island Pest Control and Surrounding Areas Inc, offers pest control and related services to residential and commercial customers. The scope of the Services, including pricing, duration, and specific treatments, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. (In any case, "Bait Boxes" are OURS, and we are responsible for them) Read upon Cancellation for further.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment for Services is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment terms with reasonable notice. Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional fees or collection efforts.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of Services must be done within a specified timeframe as outlined in the agreement. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees. (Bait Boxes are our responsibility, upon ANY cancellation we will come back and collect our property)

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide effective pest control solutions, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of pests or prevent all future infestations. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of the Services remain the property of Pine Island Pest Control and Surrounding Areas Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our explicit consent.

6. Privacy

Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect customer information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer services. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Modification and Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Pine Island Pest Control and Surrounding Areas Inc, with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
